About Firdosi Wharton-Ali
After receiving a BA in Political Science from UCLA, Firdosi became a member of the inaugural class of the UCLA Film Certification Program in Screenwriting. Following that, Firdosi received a Master's in Fine Arts with a Specialization in Screenwriting from the prestigious UCLA School of Theater, Film, Television, and Digital Media. While at UCLA, she won The Marty Klein Comedy Writing Award, which led to her first agency representation at APA (Agency for The Performing Arts).
Additionally, she is a Professor of Screenwriting at Anaheim University

As a woman of color, Firdosi had a unique experience coming of age in Hollywood pre #METOO movement, at a time when women weren't making the strides they currently are enjoying. She excelled in her writing career and is regarded for her professionalism, humor, and love of great story. Her expertise has always been in creating memorable, compelling characters through viable scripts. She is uniquely qualified to help other writers find their distinctive voices when crafting their own masterpieces.
