“Working with Dosi was always a delight.  Super smart, deeply feeling, articulate about

the human condition, always a wonderful writing partner.  We still have a story together

that we’re looking for backing on.  Would be more than fun.”

Ron Bass, Academy Award winning screenwriter (Rain Man) and producer (Amelia, Soul Surfer, Stepmom, My Best Friend's Wedding)

"I had the opportunity to work with Firdosi Wharton, a masterful writer, and adroit mentor. She encourages me to be my authentic self on paper and prompts me to be patient with the writing journey and that I should embrace every part of it. One thing I admire about Firdosi is how willing she is to help others, a quality only a few possess. I am so grateful to have met her."

Firdosi's first gig, while still at UCLA, was a romantic comedy called PAYING LIP SERVICE with producer Mark Morgan (Twilight). This was followed by landing her position as a development executive for PREDAWN PRODUCTION, Academy Award winner Ron Bass' production company (RAIN MAN). While working for Ron, they sold an original idea to Universal called THE YOUNGER WOMAN. She went on to write several scripts and develop projects. She worked with Oliver Hudson's THE WORKSHED on a script entitled FLEET WEEK. She penned an original pilot with Tom Lynch (MUMBAI TANDAVA) while re-writing Usher's IN THE MIX for Lion's Gate and crafting JUMP AROUND for WIND DANCER FILMS, just to name a few…
